Specimen Minimum Volume: 2 mL (Red Top) and 4 mL (ACD Yellow Top)
Specimen Collection Information
Collect 1 red top tube and 5 ACD yellow top tubes from transplant recipient. Specimens must be delivered within one day of collection.

Ambient: 3 days

- Hemolysis
- Clotted specimens
- Frozen specimens
- Quantity not sufficient
- Collection date greater than 7 days prior to receipt
- Insufficient WBC count for DNA extraction
- Inadequate lymph nodes from donor specimen
- Donor specimen > 72 hours old
