Department of Pathology - ISBAR Memos

ISBAR Memos are official communications used to announce significant changes related to test performance, test availability, or administrative functions within the OSUWMC Clinical Laboratories and the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine.

Using the ISBAR format (Identify, Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation), these memos ensure clear, structured communication across the Hospitals and Health Care System, helping improve patient safety, clinical workflow, and operational alignment.
